1 · Book in two minutes — Grab a slot online or by text — easy. New pups fill out one quick intake (vet and vaccine info included) so groom day is all pampering, no paperwork ambush.
2 · The spa parks at your door — The van pulls up like a tiny pampering spaceship. I groom your dog start to finish in the van, one-on-one. Most grooms run 1–2 hours depending on size and coat — and your pup is home the second we’re done.
3 · Fresh pup, full report, maximum strut — You get a groom report with photos, and your pup gets to strut back inside like they know they look good (they do). Through Halloween, every groom also includes two free Magnolia portraits — the classic close-up plus a full-body Halloween portrait. From Nov 1, portraits are a $20 add-on, made on request.

No haircuts on cats — ever. No full haircuts, lion cuts, or dino cuts. My clippers only do the tidy bits listed above. Just need nails? A standalone cat nail trim is $40. About baths: cat baths aren’t a regular service and aren’t bookable from a menu — they’re by consultation only. If your cat truly needs one, we chat first: I’ll ask to see photos and decide at booking. When I say yes, it’s $170.

Nervous pup? Start with a hello, not a haircut. The Treat & Greet is a no-pressure meet-and-greet in the van: sniff everything, take some treats, meet me, hang out — zero grooming, zero funny business. It’s made for fearful and anxious dogs, and it works: pups who start with a Treat & Greet walk into their first real groom like they own the place. Because by then, emotionally, they do.

Same groomer, every visit — Magnolia is a one-woman show — I groom every single dog myself. No mystery-groomer roulette. Your pup builds a real relationship with a person they learn to trust.
Built for fearful dogs — Nervous, shy, rescue, and senior pups are the specialty — not an inconvenience. We go at your dog’s speed, with breaks, treats, and zero force. Slow is not a problem here; slow is the plan.

Winter Grooming, the Safe (and Slightly Unhinged) Way
The Magnolia van is many things — heated, winterized, plugged in on freeze nights like it’s charging up for battle. What it is NOT is a snowplow, a toboggan, or an Olympic bobsled.
So here’s the deal: if CDOT is side-eyeing the roads, so am I. I’ll text you by 7 AM, we’ll move your appointment with no rescheduling fee — weather amnesty, both directions: no guilt, no extra charge to reschedule, no drama (your groom itself is still its regular price, just on a safer day) — and snowed-out pups jump the line for my next openings.
Running late on a snow day? Blame the van doing 25 in a 45 with its hazards on, whispering “we’re fine, everything’s fine.” I’ll text you if I’m more than 15 minutes behind.
Your one job: shovel me a parking spot and a path. I bring the water, the heat, and the blueberry facials. You bring… a driveway I can find.

Start with the $40 Treat & Greet: a no-grooming visit where your dog sniffs the van, meets me, and eats treats like it's a job. Most fearful pups convert to full grooms once the van is a happy place instead of a scary one. And if your dog needs more than one groomer can safely give, we'll say so honestly and kindly.
